Setup Checklist

Inquiries
From the website's Inquiry page. Each new one is also emailed to you; replying to that email goes to the customer. Notes are private.
Enter the shop admin key on the Status tab and click Load Everything.
Today's Auctions
Close at 9 PM Central. Open Bids to see who bid; remove a bid only for errors or bad-faith bidding (the next-highest bid takes over).

Auction Results
Winners get a payment link and 48 hours. Resend emails a fresh link (the old one stops working). Pass on ends an unpaid offer now so the runner-up is offered the print.

Paid prints. Mark Shipped saves the tracking number and emails the buyer.

Flat rate per region and size, in USD. Leave blank where you don't ship; buyers there are told to reply for a quote.

Custom Art Page
The home page of powerhouseart.com. Changes show on the site within about a minute of saving. A card or step with no title and no text is hidden; a card without a photo shows the image placeholder.
